It should be accepted that items offered are vintage or pre loved and as such have been worn and are not new unless stated. So remember to celebrate the charm etched on every beautiful piece. The sartorial secrets of the past can sometimes be hidden in the patina of worn leather or a slightly faded handle. Most of the pieces which you may purchase are in great condition and still have a long life ahead. Although every attempt is made to provide you with accurate information about the condition of the items, I ask you to please remember that these one of a kind items have stood the test of time, and sometimes have the scars to prove it.

Returns will be accepted where items are faulty or do not match the description.

Items should be returned well packaged, preferably in the same packaging, by 2nd class recorded delivery, within 14 days of receipt of the item.  You should retain a copy of the receipt from the post office as it will contain the tracking number which you may need to submit or need should the item be lost in transit.  

Refunds will be made on receipt of the returned item.
