Vintage 1960s Teal Blue Metallic Turban Hat & Original Box. 

Condition is Used. - in very good preowned condition. 

Joseph Toms and Charles Derry joined forced in 1862 to set up the business known as Derry & Toms. 

The business was run from a large department store in Kensington High Street. John Barker acquired the business which was later acquired by house of Fraser in 1957. 

The store was later sold into Biba in 1971, unrelated to Derry and Toms, which folded in 1975 

It is believed that the design on the was created y F Gregory Brown who had designed many adverts for Derry & Toms. 

A fabulous vintage turban hat by Derry Toms from the 1960s with the original Derry Toms Hat Box. 

The ribbons on the hat box had deteriorated and have been replaced.

Beautiful teal blue colour with gold thread design to the outer shell

Fully lined in matching satin fabric.

Box measures 12.5 x 7.5 x 10.5 (Width, Height, Depth) 

Clean inside and out.
