Lovely 1970s Brown Faux Leather Vintage Convertible Handbag
Which has adjustable straps so can also be used as a Shoulder Bag
The bag is dark brown with a moir brownfabric interior
Size 11 x 9.5 x 2 inches.
Chamelle was invented in the 1960s and is more commonly associated with ESSELL handbags, but was a common synthetic product used for handbags during the 60s.
A hard wearing material which did not bruise or damage easily and required less maintenance than leather products.
The outer shell is in very good condition
Furnished with gold toned fittings and gold tone twist lock closure
The closure and bag shut tightly and squarely together.
The handles are double stitched and in good condition and measure 19 inches extending to 31 inches.
6 inches in height from bag to shoulder extending to 13 inches from bag to shoulder.
The concertina base is clean and unmarked.
The inside of the bag is clean lined in brown fabric with three
compartments and one zipped pocket.
Very clean and in very good condition.
