Terms and Conditions
All the items which I have offered for sale with very few exceptions, are vintage or pre owned and as such have been worn and or used and will not be new unless specifically stated. Some items may be sold as used but unworn, but for the purpose of the sale they are still considered used. The sartorial secrets of the past can sometimes be hidden in the patina of worn leather or a slightly faded handle. Most of the pieces available are in good pre owned condition and still have a long life ahead of them. Although every attempt is made to provide accurate information about the condition of the items, you are asked to remember that these are one of a kind pieces, which have stood the test of time, and sometimes may have the scars to prove it.Both the listing and the photographs are intended to form part of the general description. Items are sold as photographed and described and therefore requests to negotiate reductions and refunds in order to make preferential adjustments to items purchased or to fund replaceable consumables such as buttons, bows, lace, fabric, shoe soles, heel tips etc unfortunately cannot be entertained. Items may be returned in line with my returns policy.

Return and Refund Policy
Returns will be accepted where items are faulty or do not match the description. You may also return if you change your mind or do not like the item, but the outward postage might not be refundable.
Items which have been altered by being worn or repaired or changed in anyway, cannot be returned and are considered as accepted by the buyer; the item may be returned after receipt of returned postage fee.
Items should be returned boxed and well packaged, preferably in the same packaging, by recorded delivery, within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Shoes, handbags, hats and household items must be returned boxed in order to obtain a full refund.
You should retain a copy of the receipt from the post office as it will contain the tracking number which you may need to submit or need should the item be lost in transit.
Refunds will be made on receipt of the returned item.
Return postage is payable by the buyer.
